• Cancel 7+ days before your dig date for a full refund, minus non-refundable card processing fees.
• Cancel 3–6 days before your dig date and choose either a 50% refund, minus non-refundable booking or processing fees, or a 100% credit to reschedule within the current dig season.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of your dig date and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

FAQs
How do I book my dig?
Choose your Adult ticket and select an available date from the calendar on this page. If you’re also booking for a Youth, go back and select a Youth ticket for the same date. Then complete your checkout online. It only takes a few minutes.
What happens after I book?
You’ll get a confirmation email with directions to the mine, arrival instructions, and helpful tips for your visit.
What’s included in the dig fee?
Your fee includes a full day of digging from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in our designated dig areas, help and tips from our team, and every crystal you find is yours to keep. Digging tools are not included, but you may bring your own or rent them on site.
Can kids dig?
Kids 5 and under dig free. The Youth Dig is for ages 6–12 at $60 per person, and guests 13 and up book the Adult Dig. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
To reschedule, log in to your account and choose a new date, or contact us at least 48 hours before your dig. Cancel 7 or more days in advance for a full refund, minus card processing fees. Cancel 3–6 days in advance for a 50% refund or a 100% credit toward another date during the current season. Cancellations made within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling into the next season is not permitted.
Do you offer group discounts?
We don’t offer group discounts, but groups are welcome to book together on any open public dig date. Groups may also inquire about private weekday digs.
Can I book a private dig for my group?
Yes. Groups can book the mine exclusively for a private dig or event. Call (518) 571-9291 to discuss the date you have in mind.
Can I book tools with my dig?
Tool rentals are handled at the cabin store on dig day, so you don’t need to add them when you book. Note: Tools are not included with your day ticket. If you want to make sure tools are set aside for you, call ahead to reserve them.
